Converstaional AI Chatbot Proof of Concept
Objective:
Generate a high fidelity conversational AI proof of concept (POC) for one of our brand products. This POC is aimed to assist operations employees with their day-to-day tasks.

To an audience of over 1,000 employees, the proof of concept was unveiled during a virtual company-wide town hall meeting.

The meeting sparked interest from two leaders in future collaboration on conversational AI projects.

It enhanced company-wide understanding of conversational AI as a powerful tool for both employee empowerment and efficient workstream optimization.

Attended kick off meeting with stakeholder to understand the requirements behind the proof of concept

Sourced and gathered brand product logos, colors and typography

Generated low fidelity wireframes in Figma

Attended Review meeting with stakeholder to review the structure and functionalities of the POC

Iterated accordingly and began adding design elements to the wireframe

Delivered the POC to the stakeholder via PowerPoint presentation
Wireframes
Based on the requirements discussed during the kickoff meeting, I generated three different concepts, exploring different layouts and functionalities. The goal was to provide several options to the stakeholder that highlighted case organization and the chatbot's potential capabilities.

Final Proof of Concept Design
Upon completion of the the wireframes I reviewed them with the stakeholder. After receiving feedback I chose the following screens then began adding design elements to the final concept.
